Life Gift Vietnam operates in the fields of manufacturing, research, and contract manufacturing of pharmaceuticals and health supplements. To expand its workforce in support of its development plans, the company is hiring for the following positions:

I. HEAD OF B2B SALES – PHARMACEUTICALS/HEALTH SUPPLEMENTS

1.Job Description

• • Develop and implement a B2B business plan.
  • Responsible for the department’s sales, customers, and operational performance.
  • Recruit, train, set quotas for, and manage the sales team.
  • Develop new clients; directly negotiate key contracts and projects.
  • Regularly work with, maintain, and develop relationships with foreign partners.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments during the process of consulting on, receiving, and fulfilling contract manufacturing orders.
  • Monitor and evaluate business performance and submit periodic reports as required by the Company.

2.Requirements

• • A bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy.
  • Has over 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, dietary supplement, or contract manufacturing industries.
  • Experience in managing and developing a sales team.
  • Proficiency in English; the ability to work directly with international partners is required.
  • Has the ability to plan, develop client relationships, and conduct business negotiations.
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work collaboratively.

3.Income and Policies

• • Base salary: 12–18 million VND per month.
  • KPI bonuses based on work performance.
  • Other benefits and policies in accordance with the Company’s general regulations.

4.Work Location

• • Representative Office: 68 24B Street, An Lac Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
  • Factory: Lot A3, Cau Tram Industrial Park, Rach Kien Commune, Tay Ninh Province.

II. OEM/ODM CONSULTANT

• Number of positions: 05

1.Job Description

• Receive customer requests and provide consultation on OEM/ODM product research, manufacturing, and processing services.
• Provide advice on basic information regarding the product line, dosage forms, ingredients, packaging specifications, and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with the Product Research and Development, Production, and other relevant departments to develop solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Track the process of consultation, quoting, order acceptance, and order fulfillment.
• Maintain relationships with customers; receive and coordinate the handling of requests that arise during the order fulfillment process.
• Update customer information and report on work results in accordance with Company policies.

2.Requirements

• A college or university degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Possesses basic specialized knowledge of pharmaceuticals, health supplements, and OEM/ODM manufacturing operations.
• Ability to communicate, provide advice, and understand customer needs.
• Proactive, careful, responsible, and able to work well with others.

3.Income and Policies

• Base salary: 7–10 million VND per month.
• KPI bonuses based on work performance.
• Other benefits and policies in accordance with the Company’s general regulations.

4.Work Location: Representative Office: 68 24B Street, An Lac Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

III. PRODUCT RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Number of positions: 3

1. Job Description

• • Research, develop, and propose formulations for pharmaceutical products and health supplements in accordance with the Company’s strategic direction and customer requirements.
  • Search for, compile, and evaluate scientific information related to raw materials, formulations, dosage forms, and manufacturing processes.
  • Plan, conduct, and evaluate product research.
  • Monitor the pilot production process; coordinate the resolution of issues related to formulas and processes.
  • Collaborate with the production, QA, QC, and other relevant departments throughout the product development, refinement, and deployment process.
  • Develop, manage, and update records and technical documents within the scope of work.
  • Research to improve the formulation, quality, and stability of the product.
  • Prepare technical reports and perform other assigned tasks.

2. Requirements

• • A college degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a product research and development role or an equivalent position.
  • Have knowledge of raw materials, formulations, dosage forms, and manufacturing processes for pharmaceuticals and health supplements.
  • Ability to search for, compile, and analyze specialized materials.
  • Diligent, honest, responsible, and able to work well with others.

3. Income and Policies

• • Base salary: 10–15 million VND per month.
  • KPI bonuses based on work performance.
  • Other benefits and policies in accordance with the Company’s general regulations.

4. Work Location
